The terms and conditions set forth herein are the sole contract between GoAwayNude.com/GoAwayTravel.com, located at 2977 Highway K #277, O'Fallon, MO, 63366, and the tour participant(s). Payments for air passage and/or tour programs are accepted by GoAwayTravel.com only with the understanding that the participant(s) has been made aware of, and agrees to, all conditions of this contract prior to sending GoAwayNude.com/GoAwayTravel.com such payments.
Cancellation & Revision Fees: GoAwayNude/GoAwayTravel will charge a $100 per person cancellation fee in addition to any airline, tour operator or hotel cancellation charges for any bookings canceled 50 days or less prior to travel and a $25 per person cancellation fee in addition to any airline, tour operator or hotel cancellation charges for any bookings canceled 51 days or more prior to travel.
GoAwayNude/GoAwayTravel will charge a $50 per person revision fee in additional to any tour operator, airline or hotel revision fees.
Documentation for US Citizens: Travel to the Caribbean/Mexico requires that U.S. citizens carry proof of citizenship. It is the sole responsibility of each passenger to research and obtain any needed documentation for his or her foreign destination trip. Passengers denied boarding because of improper documentation will receive no refund.
Travel Protection: We understand that sometimes it is necessary to cancel your vacation. We are pleased to offer low-cost insurance programs that offer you financial protection. There are various plans available, depending on the vacation package you select. For a copy of the insurance coverage that applies to your vacation package, please contact your GoAwayNude.com/GoAwayTravel.com Travel Specialist or see the Insurance Details section of this page.
Final Payment: Final payment is due in our office no later than 50 days prior to departure (70 days prior for cruises). A $25 per person late fee will be assessed if final payment is not received by this date. If we have not received final payment at 40 days prior to travel, your vacation package will automatically be canceled and there will be no refund of your deposit. Rewards, Promotions and Gift Cards: Reward Gift Cards, promotional Gift Cards, Referral Rewards and Feedback Credits have no cash value and no expiration date. These items may be used for air/hotel or air/cruise combination vacation packages. These may not be used towards air only, cruise only or hotel only reservations. A maximum of $100 may be redeemed per booking. Gift cards, Reward Gift Cards, promotional Gift Cards, Referral Rewards and Feedback Credits cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Gift cards cannot be applied to a reservation once the booking has been paid in full.
Additional Terms and Conditions: Your reservation is booked with tour operator(s) with whom GoAwayNude/GoAwayTravel.com contracts. By virtue of making deposit or full payment on your reservation, you are agreeing to the terms listed in the applicable tour operator agreement(s).
