I have been to Desire Cancun approximately 12 times and have friends who go to the Cabo location as well as friends in management, at both resorts. Both "Desire" resorts offer the same features, great clothing optional experiences, beautiful ocean views, great food, fun people, a very interesting mix of people, great disco and dancing in all your favorite lingerie, or not, pool games, etc., however, Desire Cabo is a bit larger and offers more room category choices. The layout of both properties is basically the same, with Cabo having more room, and more categories to choose from so a little bit more flexibility. Just a great experience and an all over tan
