The beach here is wonderful-very long and great for walks. Lots of hammocks for shade but plenty of sunny areas for getting a tan. This hotel feels luxurious but is not that expensive for what is offered. The food is very good-especially the fancy Caribbean style restaurant. I love the outdoor beach front restaurant for lunch or a late night snack. My favorite rooms are beachfront and I especially love the Royal Beachfront Suite. All rooms have a cd player, in-room safe and a coffer maker. There is a top-notch golf course and green fees are included. A golf cart is mandatory and about the only thing that costs extra. I love all the beach activities. Try the Sunfish sailboats-but don't forget your sunscreen.I love the pools. There is no problem finding a good lounge chair to read a book or take a nap. This hotel is situated on acres and acres of grounds, but does not seem overwhelming. I love that it feels so private and self contained. I have pictures if anyone wants any.
